      • Toilet cleaning supplies were found stored in an unlocked cubby in the washroom. The operator was instructed to lock the storage drawers to prevent children from accessing the supplies and to ensure their safety.

      • Temperature for hand sink was recorded at 56° Celsius in toddler room.
