      • 1. The exterior of the bulk containers are soiled with grime and food debris. Food containers must be maintained in a clean and sanitary manner to prevent cross contamination of food. Regularly clean the exterior of food containers or whenever they become heavily soiled, whichever comes first.2. Scoops were stored inside the bulk containers, and the handle was submerged.Scoops must be properly stored in the bulk container to limit the risk of contamination. Ensure the handle is stored upright.

The facility must be maintained in a clean and organized manner to facilitate cleaning and monitoring of pests. Reorganize the indicated area.

      • The concentration of chlorine sanitizer in spray bottle as measured too weak. - Please ensure chlorine sanitizers are changed at adequate intervals. Chlorine sanitizers must be used at 100 ppm. Mix 1/2 teaspoon of unscented household bleach per liter of water.
