  - Sweet Bit YYC Bakery:Pre-packaged home prepared foods offered by the above stall holder did not state the following: prepared in an uninspected kitchen not subject to inspection and not for resale; - A stallholder must not sell, offer for sale, distribute, provide or otherwise make available to the public home-prepared food unless it is labelled with a statement that it is prepared in an uninspected kitchen not subject to inspection and not for resale; includes the name, business name, and email address or phone number of the individual who prepared the food; the name of the food product; the date that the food product was prepared.- Ensure stall holder corrects labeling requirements prior to returning to the market.

  - Earnest Meats: Half cooked bacons were stored in a plastic container at room temperature. - Do not store high-risk foods in room temperature. All high-risk foods must be stored at 4C or less or greater than 60C at all times.  -The meat was moved to the middle portable stove in a pan used as a hot holding unit.
