During the inspection at 2:15 pm, the soup was stirred and probed at 24 degrees Celsius. Soup must always be cooled from 60 C to 20 C in two hours or less and from 20 C to 4 C in 4 hours or less.

- Observation: Live cockroaches found in glue boards in several areas in the kitchen and in the freezer storage room. One live cockroach was found in an electrical panel.
- Corrective Action(s): Pest control comes on site weekly- reports viewed on site. They have applied bait and have glue boards throughout the establishment for monitoring. Ensure that more bait is applied. Ensure that all surfaces are cleaned every day and that water is not left to pool on the floor. All food in storage must be kept in sealed, pest proof containers.
