      • 1. The test strips were available to test the concentration of high-level disinfectant were incorrect (designed for a different disinfectant). Obtain the appropriate strips.2. The high-level disinfectant testing log was not properly filled out. Please correct the records, as discussed, ad email a copy to our office.

      • The machines Dreamys S1+, Dreamys M and Radio Hi Frequency did not have manufacturer's instructions. Reported: use RF, ultrasound, microcurrent and other. Ensure that the manufacturer's instructions are available or discontinue use of the equipment.
