      • 1. Chemicals were accessible in the Preschool room sink cabinet and large Preschool washroom sink cabinet- the doors were not locked. It was addressed during the inspection.2. Bleach chlorine spray bottles were not labelled in the Toddler and Preschool rooms. It was addressed during the inspection.

      • 1. Walls were damaged in the Toddler (near the cots storage area) and in the Kinder rooms. Please repair.2. A ceiling tile was damaged in the Kinder room. Please replace.

      • Antiseptic wipes observed in the first aid kit in the Infant room expired in January 2022, and some antiseptic wipes observed in the first aid kit in the Kinder room expired in February 2022. Please discard expired products.

      • The crib was not labelled in the Infant room.

      • Hand sanitizers expired in July 2022 and September 2023. They were discarded during the inspection.

      • Fridge temperature was 7.4C in the Preschool room (6C on the fridge thermometer). Ensure that the fridge temperature is 4C or lower.
