Bleach chlorine spray bottles were not labelled in the Toddler and Preschool rooms. It was addressed during the inspection.

      • 1. Walls were damaged in the Toddler (near the cots storage area) and in the Kinder rooms. Please repair.2. A ceiling tile was damaged in the Kinder room. Please replace.

      • Antiseptic wipes observed in the first aid kit in the Infant room expired in January 2022, and some antiseptic wipes observed in the first aid kit in the Kinder room expired in February 2022. Please discard expired products.

      • The crib was not labelled in the Infant room.
