- Operator is aware of how to make proper chlorine sanitizer solution, but chlorine sanitizer test strips were expired. Some chlorine test strips were expired in 2018. Strips were not functioning properly.Correction:-Education provided on importance of testing the chlorine concentration using non-expired test strips.-It is a requirement to have sanitizer test strips to measure the concentration of sanitizer in the facility.-Ensure chlorine test strips are available.
