- The front and rear kitchen exit doors have gaps at the bottom that allow pests to enter the food premises. - Install weather stripping on these doors to ensure they are properly sealed to prevent further pest entry.

- Mice droppings were found on the floor beneath the stove.- Staff onsite Cleaned and sanitized areas contaminated with mouse droppings during inspection.• Install and maintain pest control traps throughout the facility to monitor and control rodent activity.• Store all dry food products in pest‑proof containers with tight‑fitting lids.
