      • Dawn dish soap was being used as a sanitizer agent.Dawn dish soaps are not approved sanitizers.Correction:-Education provided on cleaning versus sanitizing, and AHS approved sanitizer.-Please ensure chlorine (bleach) are diluted with water to make appropriate sanitizer solution.-AHS guide to be sent along the report.

      • Grease ventilation is overdue for professional cleaning and inspection.Correction:-Ensure that the service is arranged for the grease ventilation unit.
