- 1. A paper towel dispenser was not observed by the hand-washing sink located in the kitchen area. Please acquire a paper towel dispenser. 2. Paper towel was not observed at the time of inspection. The operator stock the sink with paper towel during the inspection.3. Soiled dishes and soiled toys were stored in the hand-washing sink making it in accessible for food handlers to wash hands. Please do not block handwashing sink and ensure it remains fully accessible for food handlers to wash hands.

- The facility was using reusable dishware's and do not have adequate dishwashing sinks. The operator indicated that they perform dishwashing at MPS daycare.A written food safety plan was not observed during the inspection. Food transport containers with tight fitted lids were not observed during the inspection. Please submit a food safety plan to this office. Please acquire food grade transport containers with tight fitted containers to transport food items and clean/soiled dishes.

- The facility changed food menu without prior approval from this office. The operator indicated that they are prepping food at the MPS daycare centre and bringing them over to the clubhouse. The facility was also using reusable dishware's and do not have adequate dishwashing sinks. The operator indicated that they perform dishwashing at MPS daycare. All these were against facility's food handling permit conditions. A written food safety plan was not observed during the inspection.
