      • 1. The frame around the floor pit located in the produce area was noted to be missing. Please install the missing frame. 2. Floor tiles were noted to be missing underneath the prep counter and prep cooler in the produce area. Please install the missing floor tiles.

      • Hot water was not observed in the bakery and deli area at the time of inspection. The operator contacted the plumber during the inspection. Please ensure that hot water is present in the facility.

      • 1. The frame around the floor pit located in the produce area was noted to be missing. Please install the missing frame. 2. Floor tiles were noted to be missing underneath the prep counter and prep cooler in the produce area. Please install the missing floor tiles.3. A water line was leaking in the bakery area. The operator indicated that they are awaiting to hear from their maintenance personal to see whether the leak has been repaired or not. Two ceiling tiles were noted to be missing. Please repair the leak. In the interim, please remove all food and food related items from this area.

      • The dishwasher took 45 minutes to warm up during the first cycle. The recovery time between cycles was 30 minutes. The repairmen indicated that staff should wait until the wash temperature hits 78 degrees C and rinse above 91 degrees C at manifold prior to running the cycle, which is 45 minutes during the first cycle and 30 minutes between cycles. Please note that the recovery time is too long, and the unit must either be repaired with lower recovery time or replaced. In the interim, the staff members were advised to start dishwashing records at both manifold level and plate levels to ensure that the dishwasher is sanitizing the dishes.

Drywall mud patches were noted on the wall above the bakery/deli. Please paint this wall.

Please manually sanitize all reusable dishes. The operator indicated that they have placed an order to get this unit repaired.

      • The hand washing sink located in the bakery area was noted to be blocked.The operator moved the equipment during the inspection. The operator was further advised to ensure that the hand washing sink remains accessible for food handlers to wash hands.
