Please cover them with a smooth, durable, and easily cleanable material, seal/finish, or remove.

      • Facility was not following proper toy washing procedure. Facility must soak toys in soap water first. rinse, and then soak in bleach solution (100 ppm).
    • 21. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Critical)?
      • There was no hot water supply in the OSC room's washroom. The manager is advised to get the faucet replaced and connect hot water supply to it.
