      • There was a gap on the bottom right of the back exit door. All entry points must be tightly fitted to prevent the entry of pests. Seal the gap with weatherstripping or by installing a door sweep.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • There was a large hole underneath the three-compartment sink. The floors must be maintained in good repair to facilitate cleaning and to prevent potential pest harborage. Repair the floor and ensure the surface is smooth, durable and easy to clean.
