      • A mixed sanitizer solution was not available. This was corrected at the time of inspection. The chlorine sanitizer was 100ppm.The cleaning clothes were placed into the sanitizer bucket.

      • Plastic containers were being used as scoops and stored directly inside bins containing flour, sugar, and rice. These containers were removed during the inspection. The ice machine located at the front had a scoop stored with its handle submerged in the ice. This scoop was removed at the time of inspection.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Frozen chicken was at room temperature. The chicken was moved to the cooler at the time of inspection. The staff reported that the chicken was moved out of the cooler to rearrange the food in the cooler.
