- An apron was stored in the staff washroom. Staff on site removed apron from the washroom. Aprons are items associated with food and must not be stored in the washroom.**Do not store items associated with food in the washroom to protect from contamination.

- A bin containing cheese strings was stored at room temperature. Staff stated item is usually stored at room temperature for 4 hours. There was no time stamp on bin to indicate when item is to be discarded. Cheese were moved back to the cooler.**Please ensure that high risk foods are stored at the optimum temperature of 4 degrees and below or at 60 degrees and above. Food items stored at room temperature during prep time should have time stamp indicating time it was brought out of storage and time to be discarded. All foods left at room temperature MUST be discarded after specified time has elapsed.
