- Observation(s): Some items stored in the walk-in cooler were not covered. NOTE : most items were covered but some high risk items were not covered. Other than some items not being covered the overall storage of foods was very good with items labelled and dated and raw items such as meats stored below fresh items
- F2.1 Does the facility have proper monitoring supplies?
- Observation(s): Currently there is no monitoring or documenting of important parameters such as cooler temps , cooking temps , dishwasher rinse temp , hydrogen peroxide concentrations , etc. Ensure from this time forward that the mentioned parameters are monitored and documented on a daily basis. Hydrogen peroxide test strips are needed to perform testing.

- Observation(s): There are 2 handwash basin however only one had paper towels. Ensure all handwash basins have soap and paper towels.
