    • 08. Is hand hygiene performed by the personal services worker when required, in a proper manner and are provisions available to perform hand hygiene?
      • The hand sink upstairs did not have paper towel and paper towel holder. Please ensure hand sinks are equipped with hand washing supplies and paper towel is stored in a sanitary manner.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • The surface disinfectant did not have a DIN. Please ensure the disinfectant has a DIN.
    • 27. Is the facility maintained in a visibly clean state and are environmental surfaces cleaned and disinfected properly?
      • The service carts had hair on them and visibly dirty. Please clean and disinfect thoroughly.
    • 29. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained to allow for the safe and sanitary provision of personal services (Non-Critical)?
      • 1. The electrical wires not exposed and the fire systems on the wall were not properly installed. Please ensure the electrical works are all completed, and wires are not exposed.2. The washroom in the facility is still under construction and hand washing sink is not available to the clients.
