      • It was noted that the handwashing sink near the staff entrance had a non-operational cold-water knob. When the knob was turned, it was found to be loose and unable to activate the cold water. The manager was informed, and repairs will be completed to correct the issue. Follow-up will be conducted to verify that this repair has been completed.

      • A hot holding pan with sauce, patties and sausages was found to be less than 60C. An employee increased the temperature of the hot holder and measured above 60C.High risk foods must be kept either at or above 60C or at or below 4C.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Hand sink located near the food preparation area did not have any paper towel. An employee placed a new roll in the dispenser.Handwashing sinks must be well stocked with soap and paper towel.
