- The facility was operating outside of its permit conditions/restrictions. The current permit conditions only allow for minimal food handling only. Handling raw meat, making burger patties, and cooking is considered extensive food handling. With consultation with the owner, Peter, the permit conditions have been adjusted to allow for this.
