- PREVIOUSLY - The floor is in disrepair in several areas throughout the facility (tile pieces missing, gauges and holes in tiles/flooring). Note: major areas have been repaired. Please also repair the smaller areas.ACTION REQUIRED:Please repair the flooring where it is in disrepair.In compliance: the two-compartment sink has been repaired with no evidence of water damage or disrepair.July 9, 2025.Operator noted that walk-in coolers were being installed and should be completed in a week, with general cleanliness and floor repairing immediately fixed afterwards.Feb 2, 2026 - the main retail floor areas have been repaired, what is remaining is the flooring behind the tills ( are cracked, chipped and un-even ).
