- Bowls were being used as scoops and stored inside bulk food items. The bowl was removed and replaced with a scoop with a handle. Use a scoop with a handle and always store in a way that protects bulk food from contamination.

- An open container of sauce that stated "Refrigerate after Opening" was being stored at room temperature. The sauce was moved to refrigeration once requested.
