      • The chemical dishwasher could not dispense sufficient sanitizer. Please wash and sanitize dishes manually in the 3-compartment sink until the dishwasher is fixed.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • The back door had a hole underneath, which could serve as an entry point for pests. Please repair the weatherstripping.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • The ventilation hoods needed cleaning. Please service the ventilation hoods and ensure service date is labelled on the hoods.
