      • Automatic sanitizer dispenser is not in good repair. Not dispensing enough sanitizer. Please call for service. Until such time the automatic sanitizer dispenser is serviced please mix sanitizer manually, check for contamination 200PPM or above and use for sanitizing dishes and for use in the facility.

      • Gap all around one of the doors in the back of the facility is observed. Please fix the back door and have proper screening to prevent potential pest entry.

      • -No pests observed in the facility at the time of inspection.-No pest concerns observed by the pest control professional during the March 2025 pest control monitoring.-However, black granular in shape items observed at of the corners under the beverage storage rack. Please clean and sanitize the indicated area and monitor of pest activity. Please ensure all personal protective gears are used.

      • Observed “Liquid Biscuit Dressing” sitting at room temperature at the time of inspection contrary tothe manufacturer’s instruction “Keep Refrigerated”. Please ensure that manufacturer's instructions are followed, keep the ”Liquid Biscuit Dressing” cold at or below 4C / Refrigerated. Corrected during inspection.

      • The back door's weatherstripping is damaged and a gap observed - potential for pest entry. Please ensure it is good repair.
