      • Expired Quats test strips (EXP: November 1, 2023) were observed in the dishwashing area. The operator was instructed to replace them with valid test strips to ensure proper verification of sanitizer concentration.

      • An expired food handling permit (EXP: September 30, 2025) was observed on display in the facility. The operator was advised to locate and post a valid permit promptly.

      • Pizza cutting knives are washed and sanitized once or twice a day.Pizza cutting knife require frequent washing and sanitizing ideally at least once every 2 hours. If required, please have additional knives.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • At the handwashing stations no single use towels available; filled during inspection. Please ensure handwashing stations are suppled at all times and have additional stock of such supplies in stock, as back-up.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Single use pizza packing boxes are not stored in proper manner, protecting from potential contamination, non-food items was sitting on the pizza box. Corrected during inspection.

      • The automatic sanitizer disperser not dispensing sanitizer. Measured 0 at the time of inspection. Please call for service and ensure the concentration is 200PPM for effective sanitization. Until such time please manually mix sanitizer.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • The pizza making trays are unclean with charred dough sticking on to them. Please remove all unclean trays. Clean, wash and sanitize them prior to use or replace with new ones.
