      • Hand soap was not provided at the hand washing sink located in the waxing/eye area esthetic room.Soap was supplied at the hand sink during inspection onsite.

      • Used single use items -filers and buffers were noted being stored in the drawers at the nail stations. The operator discarded the filers and buffers during inspection onsite.Single use items must be discarded after use.

      • Towels were noted on the waxing/eyelash spa bed. Operator reported these towels not being laundered between clients. Towels were removed from the bed during inspection and Operator stopped using them as an extra comfort layer. The surface of actual spa bed was cleanable, non -porous and in good repair covered with single use disposable paper layer.

      • The nippers clippers stored at the nail station were not clean and disinfected between clients. Accumulation of debris was noted on the tools. Ensure the tools are properly cleaned and disinfected between clients.

      • 1-No high-level disinfectant (HLD) testing record was available in the facility for review. Operator reported no reuse of high-level disinfectant. High level disinfectant is changed daily. The HLD testing was done and testing record was entered in AHS HLD testing log during inspection onsite.2-Bubbles were observed in the CS20 dish. The solution was discarded, and the dish was washed, dried and refilled during inspection onsite.
