- The sanitizer concentration was less than 100PPM at the time of inspection. Sanitizer level was low in the container. Operator replaced with a new full can of sanitizer. Corrected during inspection.Please advise staff to check on the sanitizer level in the container at the beginning of the day to ensure there is sufficient quantity available for sanitizing dishes for the day.
