      • - No sanitizer actively being used. Operator was not sure where the spray bottle was. No bucket filled with sanitizer was observed.

      • - Sanitizer (Ecolab's Smartpower) from the dispenser measured at 272 ppm DDBSA and 704 lactic acid. Ensure to prepare a bucket filled with the sanitizer before starting the service.
