- The pool testing kit was liquid based, and all bottles in use were expired. It appeared that larger bottles, expired in 2025, were being used to top up smaller bottles which were expired even longer.Please ensure all expired pool test chemicals are discarded or removed from the facility, and that the pool kit is resupplied with new, unexpired chemicals.Please ensure all pool testing chemicals are properly monitored so that expired chemicals are replaced before expiry, in accordance with manufacturer instructions, as degraded chemicals can produce inaccurate results.You may continue to use smaller bottles for ease of use; however, please ensure these bottles are properly labeled with the correct contents and relevant information from the original container.

- The cleansing shower was measured to dispense water at 60°C at the highest setting.Please ensure the cleansing shower is either equipped with a mixing valve, the handle is restricted, or another suitable method is implemented to limit the max shower temperature between 35–45°C to prevent possible scalding by users.

- Tiles were cracked and loose on the pool deck.Please ensure all floors are repaired so that they form a continuous, sealed surface, free from damage.

- The support post between the closest pool ladder and the water slide had significant corrosion, posing a risk of contact and possible abrasion for water slide users, as this is a primary path of travel for back-to-back slide users and the walkway is narrow.Please ensure the post is resurfaced and resealed so that it does not pose a risk of scraping or abrasion.
