      • May 28, 2026 - Outstanding - Fine dust still observed on the ceiling at the front and at the back above the dishwasher. Please clean the indicated area for safe and sanitary operation of the facility. May 8, 2026:• Dust accumulation was observed on the ceiling at the front of the facility and at the back above the dishwasher. Over time, accumulated dust may dislodge and contaminate food or food contact surfaces below.• The front white wall was observed to be unclean.* The high chairs were observed to be unclean. Thoroughly clean the identified items, ceiling areas and wall surfaces. Ensure regular cleaning is conducted to prevent buildup and maintain a clean and sanitary environment for food preparation and handling.

      • Food safety/sanitization records are not up to date. Incomplete records/logs limit the ability to monitor sanitation practices, verify compliance, and ensure timely corrective actions, increasing the risk of food safety issues. Ensure all food safety and sanitization logs are accurately completed and kept up to date at all times. Records must be maintained consistently and be readily available for review.

      • • Dust accumulation was observed on the ceiling at the front of the facility and at the back above the dishwasher.     • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • One of the hand sinks has been repaired but the one in the kitchen still needs to be repaired. Operator advised that the repair will be done soon as parts has been ordered and will arrive in about a week.

      • No sanitizing solution seen during food handling. Staff was instructed to prepare a new sanitizing solution.

      • Food handlers were observed not washing their hands after changing gloves or tasks. Please train staff on the need and frequency of handwashing required in a food facility.
    • 07. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • * A carton containing sauce soups was seen on the floor in the walk-in cooler. Please ensure all food items are stored at least 6 inches off the floor to prevent contamination.** Meat was also observed stored in the freezer on top of ice cube packs. Please store raw meat and ice separately to prevent cross contamination.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The 2 hand sinks in the facility were not operating optimally. The hand sink in the kitchen did not have hot water while the hand sink in the front food prep area had a cloth over the faucet that had a mold like growth. Please repair all hand sink s to facilitate proper handwashing.

      • A thorough, general cleaning of the facility is required to include the kitchen, prep area and the washroom.A cleaning schedule of the facility was not seen during the inspection.
