      • Minimal pest activity observed. The operator is still working to erradicate pest issue.

      • Sewage gas smell observed at the grease trap location at the time of inspection. Please ensure that the grease trap is cleaned and treated to ensure safe and sanitary operation of the food facility.

    • 15. Is the facility free of a pest infestation?
      • During the inspection the presence of red-eyed flies was noted in the facility and also noted in an increase of activity within the pest control report. Please ensure the operators work with the pest management professionals to remediate the pest issue.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • General cleaning needed in these areas: -Under the drink dispenser of the order's window.-The underneath of the pop dispensing nozzles of the drink dispenser in the client area. -The underneath of the counter lip of the drink station in the client area. -The exterior of the drink lines in the back end of the facility. -De-icing of the 2 mini stand-alone freezers.-In the grooves of buckle restraint in the Female washroom's diapering station. Please ensure the facility is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.

      • Test kit to measure quaternary ammonium sanitizer solution expired. Obtain non-expired test kit to verify adequate concentration of sanitizer solution.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Metal sieve seam not intact and separating. Sieve has been discarded by Manager to prevent physical hazards entering food.
