- 19(2)(b) A food establishment must provide all of the following in accordance with applicable legislation or as considered acceptable by the Administrator:

- Hand wash stations must be unimpeded to facilitate proper hand washing procedures.

- The ice machine and slushy machine has a build up of mold. Ensure the ice and slushy mix is discarded and the machines are cleaned and sanitized.
