      • The dishwasher was not working properly. Please use the 2-compartment sink for manually washing/ sanitizing dishs while fixing the dishwasher.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • A lighting was missing the cover. Please ensure all lightings are equipped with shatter-proof cover.

      • 1. Ensure a thermometer is supplied in the church kitchen facility to verify proper temperature of >71C at dish level in the dishwasher is achieved for hot water sanitizing.2. Ensure chlorine testing strips are available for confirming sufficient strength of chlorine solution.
