- Ensure all refrigeration and freezer unit (e.g. - May Tag, Pepsi cooler unit, JC Penny chest freezer) have thermometers located near the door to monitor proper temperatures.Temperatures logs of all the cooling units should be read daily and recorded/documented.

- Operator was provided (with email attachment) the AHS pests control checklist. This is a general checklist that will assist in complying for pests and conditions that could lead to pest infestation. - Kitchen is NOT being in use (not operational) at this point.Confirmed that the church kitchen facility is not the holder of a valid food handling permit issued by AHS.Operator completed and submitted application for the food handling permit and sent it to our office (via email)Our office will process the food handling permit application once all the deficiencies will be corrected.
- 20. Do food handlers at the facility have adequate food safety training?
- Operator have enrolled in an AHS certified food safety course and should have it completed at the beginning of next week and will be sending the proof of completion of the course once it is completed.
- 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
