      • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Cleaning chemicals bottles containing bleach were not labelled during the inspection. Public Health significance - Unlabelled bottles can lead to staff accidently using the wrong chemical for cleaning or sanitizing, or can lead to the production of toxic gases if incompatible chemicals are mixed.
      • Corrective Action: Ensure that bottles are labelled with the chemicals stored within them.
