- Written procedures for handwashing and equipment reprocessing sink decontamination was completed at the time of inspection. Reprocessing sink is used for staff handwashing.

It had a lid and was large enough to fully immerse the largest piece of equipment. Clean out the tray and place it on the shelving unit next to the reprocessing sink.3. Purchase an intermediate-level disinfectant for disinfection of pedicure foot basins. The PreEmpt RTU disinfectant was expired. Discard all expired disinfectants.
