- Written procedures were completed during the inspection.Written procedures for cleansing skin were completed for the following services: -manicure -pedicure -waxingWritten procedure for accidental skin cuts or punctures was provided to the operator at the time of inspection.Reprocessing sink was not used for handwashing therefore written procedures for sink decontamination were not required.

- Cosmetic make-up (i.e. eyebrow pencils) were discarded at the time of inspection. A sharpener was not available.

- 1. There were 2 high-level disinfectant trays. One did not have a lid which could contaminate the bulk supply. High-level disinfectant logs were not being maintained for each high-level disinfectant tray in use.2. The large metal foot files were not being fully soaked in high-level disinfectant as required. The high-level disinfectant tray(s) were too small. Obtain a larger plastic/glass high-level disinfectant tray with a lid that can fully immerse the large "cheese-grater" style metal foot files.3. There was no history of high-level records being maintained to prove that the facility is maintaining proper records.4. The AHP7 indicator test strips were not properly labelled - they expire 3-months once opened.5. Mr. Clean was being decanted in a spray bottled labelled as "Lysol". Please re-label the decanted disinfectant.

- Decanted cosmetic products in various pedicure-station trolley's had missing and/or worn labels. Re-label all decanted cosmetic products throughout and ensure the bulk supply is kept on-site to verify proper labelling requirements.
