      • The ice making machine is not working. The manager advised that they are waiting for parts and technician; will be fixed in two-week time.

      • Chilli in the hot holding table is sitting <60C. Please ensure Chilli is heated to 71C (160F) / follow your corporate procedure prior to transferring to hot holding table and held at or above 60C.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • The automatic sanitizer was not dispensing appropriate (200PPM) concentration of sanitizer. The sanitizer container was empty. The manger loaded a bag sanitizer. Concentration checked and confirmed to be above >200PPM. Corrected during inspection.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Gap observed between floor and the door at the back, potential for pest entry. Please service or replace the damaged pest screening at the back door.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • The ice making machine is not working. Please ensure the ice making machine is in good repair.
