      • 1) Small toys (possibly choking hazard) were observed in the pod 2-M.Operator promptly removed them during the inspection.2) Certain art and craft materials like glue, bubble soap and shaving foam were observed in the bottom shelves, accessible to toddlers.Violation was corrected during the inspection.

      • Stepping foam pads in the POD 2-G were showing signs of disrepair.Ensure to repair the indicated foam pads so that they are maintained in smooth and easily cleanable condition.

      • Mouthed toy bin in the POD 1-A was used for storing the children water bottles.Concerns were discussed and corrected during the inspection.
