      • Written procedures were completed during the inspection. For barbering services, completed written procedures for skin cleansing at the time of inspection.Written procedures for accidental skin cuts or punctures was provided to the operator at the time of inspection.Reprocessing sink will not be used for handwashing therefore written procedures for sink decontamination is not required.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • The intermediate-level disinfectant (ILD) did not have proper claims. DIN was missing. Obtain another ILD. Ensure it has a DIN, disinfectant claim and tuberculocidal/mycobacterium claim.
