      • The weather stripping at the bottom of the back door is damaged/missing. Repair/replace the weather stripping so that the gap between the door and floor is filled-in, in order to prevent entry of pests.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • The two sets of lights above the ice machine in the back room are missing shatter-proof covers. Install shatter-proof cover/light bulb guards in order to contain glass shards in the event that a light bulb shatters.
