- 1. Cooked beef in the hot holding unit measured 41C.2. Cooked chicken in the hot holding unit measured 45C.3. Staff are not waiting until the hot holding unit is up to 60C before adding hot food. Staff was instructed to remove food and reheat to 71C. Ensure the hot holding unit is at 60C or higher before placing food inside.

- October 17, 2023:Most of the scoops were stored outside of the bulk food containers. One scoop was stored inside, and that was corrected during inspection. It was removed from the bin.September 7, 2023:For the dry food bulk storage bins, some scoops were being stored with the handle in contact with the food, others had scoops that were missing handles.Proper scoops with handles must be used for bulk food. Either store the scoops outside the bins in a way that protects them from contamination, or store the scoops with the handles out of the food products.

- The water pressure for both taps of the hand wash sink located on the south side of the facility (the back hand wash sink) was low.Have the hand sink repaired to increase the water pressure.

- Staff member removed soiled gloves, discarded the gloves and then was going to put on new gloves without washing hands first.Gloves are not a substitute for handwashing. Hands must be washed before putting gloves on, after taking gloves off, and before putting on new clean gloves. Additionally, hands must be washed frequently throughout the day including: before handling food, between handling raw food and food that is ready to eat, after using the toilet, after smoking, coughing, sneezing, blowing the nose, eating or drinking, after touching hair, scalp, or face and after handling garbage, other waste, or anything that may be contaminated.

- Two fly swatters were stored on shelves with food equipment.Fly swatters were moved during inspection. Fly swatters must be stored away from food, food equipment, utensils, and any food related items in order to protect food from contamination.
