      • Observation(s): water system is still unapproved and currently on a Boil Water Notice
    • F1.6 Are the foods from approved sources and has the operator taken steps to ensure that the food is safe for consumption?
      • Observation(s): sign at front door for Portuguese custard tarts, no tarts were found on site. this facility is not permitted to make their own food or to obtain food from home baking. any food that is offered must be an approved source via a store or a facility that has a Permit with a Health Authority
    • F2.7 Are there handwashing stations available and properly supplied?
      • Observation(s): paper towels were not conveniently located next to the hand sink. obtain an under the counter paper towel dispenser so it can still be hidden and keep the counters clear

      • Observation(s): Water system is on a BWN Advisory. A consultant has been retained to assess system and submit a Construction Permit application.
    • F1.7 Are foods protected from contamination?
      • Observation(s): Glass washer temperatures are not high enough to sanitize glasses. This requires immediate attention.
      • F1.7D Food contact surfaces must be washed and sanitized to prevent cross contamination.
    • F2.3 Are food contact surfaces, utensils and equipment washed and sanitized in a manner that removes/prevents contamination?
      • Observation(s): The sanitizer cycle does not appear to be happening.
      • F2.3A Mechanical dishwasher/glasswasher must provide sufficient washing and sanitizing action to remove contamination.
