If you wish to sell canned products, they must be from an approved supplier and with proper labelling. This infraction has been repeated during multiple inspections.

- Observation(s): ice cream scoop is stored in a container of water. ensure after each use it is washed and sanitized. there are no sinks available for washing dishes at the moment. ensure the sinks get installed quickly

- Observation(s): layout of the facility is needed. ice cream to be moved closed to the sink to allow for better washing of ice cream scoops

- Observation(s): ice cream freezer does not have a dipper well. ice cream scoops need to be washed and sanitized after each use or obtain an ice cream scoop for each flavour and leave on top of the lid when not in use
