- Observation(s): Facility is supplied by own well. Well water source is not assessed and the water system is not approved to operate. There is no backflow prevention device connecting the irrigation from the same well according to operator. Facility is on BWN as a result. Emailed operator guidelines for what to do during BWN. Application package for new water system and source assessment sent to operator on June 20, 2023.

- Observation(s): Please acquire sanitizer test strips.
- F2.3 Are food contact surfaces, utensils and equipment washed and sanitized in a manner that removes/prevents contamination?
- Observation(s): Approved sanitizer must be used on food/beverage contact surfaces to help prevent bacterial contamination. A QUAT solution at 200ppm is an approved sanitizer solution. Please ensure that the sanitizer solution is capable of 5-log reduction in disease causing organisms, safe for food premises, approved in Canada and requires no rinse.
