- Observed two bowls of coffee creamers that have "keep refrigerated" mark left on a self-serve table without temperature control in the breakfast area. Surface temperatures of the creamers were 26C - 27C. - Kitchen staff destroyed the creamers at the time of inspection upon the public health inspector's direction. - Please ensure coffee creamers that require refrigeration are kept at 4C or colder in a cooler.

- A container of scrambled eggs (about 0.5 Kg) left on top of a chest freezer was measured at ~ 15C. Manager advised it was left over from breakfast (out of temperature control for more than 2 hours). Manager discarded the egg at the time of inspection.
