- Vendor 1: - Noted a spray bottle of cleaning chemical stored in an ice box along with cartoons of fresh eggs.Please ensure that chemicals are stored separately from foods to prevent food contamination.
- 07. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
- Vendor 1:Meat sandwiches stored in the display table (with ice pack) were at a temperature of 9C to 12C. - The sandwiches were transferred to a cooler at the time of inspection. - Please ensure high risk foods such as sandwiches are kept at a temperature of 4C or colder at all times including during transport and storage/display.

- Vendor 1: - Cartoons of fresh eggs stored in an icebox, which had icepacks, were at a temperature of 10C-11C. Vendor 2:- Cartoons of fresh eggs stored in an icebox, which was without ice, were at a temperature of 8C-11C. Vendor advised their bagged ice broke. The vendor purchased new ice from a nearby store at the time of inspection.** Please ensure fresh eggs are held at a temperature of 7C or colder at all times, including during transportation and storage/display.
