- The handwashing station was observed to be without paper towels.Ensure that handwashing stations are fully equipped with adequate supplies.

- 1. Single use nail files, along with other manicure tools, were observed drying together in the reprocessing area. The manager stated that the nail files are intended for single use, and staff may have accidentally placed them together while busy. Staff were advised to discard the nail files and to ensure that proper disposal procedures are followed in the future.2. A set of plastic spoons was observed in the reprocessing area. Staff reported that they reuse these spoons for scooping scrubs for clients. Staff have been advised to discard all plastic spoons and to use only stainless steel spoons for this purpose.

- During the inspection, it was observed that the facility was using expired Preempt CS20 and did not have any records for monitoring the disinfectant.The operator indicated that they will receive a new bottle of disinfectant later that day.Please ensure that a high level disinfectant log is maintained to monitor the effectiveness of the disinfectant.
