      • Items being used to scoop bulk food were found stored inside of the bulk supply without handles. Several of the bulk foods were being scooped with single use plastic cups. These can break, chip, or shatter easily and could physically contaminate the bulk supply. Please ensure that all scoops are made of food grade, durable and easily cleanable material. If storing scoops inside of the container, please ensure that it has a handle and that the scoop is stored handle facing out. This will reduce the potential for cross contamination of the bulk foods from occurring.
