      • Test strips for verifying the concentration of diluted chlorine bleach sanitizer could not be identified during inspection. Acquire suitable chlorine test strips.**CURRENT TEST STRIPS EXPIRED APRIL 2024.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Missing paper towel in the handwashing station adjacent to the sliding refrigerator unit. **Ensure paper towel is in the dispenser.
    • 14. Does the facility have an adequate supply of potable hot and cold running water and is the water sampled at required intervals?
      • The last bacteriological water sample was submitted in June 2023. The conditions of your food handling permit require a water sample to be submitted for every month the facility is in operation. Submit a bacteriological water sample. ***OUTSTANDING.

      • Food permit was expired in 2024. **Display current food permit.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • The finish on the counter across from the dishwasher was observed to be chipped in some areas exposing the material underneath. **Repair/Refinish. Ensure the material is smooth, easily cleanable and water resistant.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Cleaning required in the kitchen drawers.
