      • 1000ppm Chlorine test strips expired in 2024.Replace with current.

      • April 16, 2024: Pressed doorbell for facility, it did not work.Waited a few minutes with no answer.Eventually several children came and opened the front door.Entered front of facility without staff knowledge.Children could leave facility or permit unwanted entrance.Tannis indicated she will review video to determine what is required.Implement system to prevent as required. Potential systems could include closed half door to main entrance area, door opening ring chime and/or increased monitoring. Please report what system will be used.

      • Several missing ceiling tiles were observed in the Bambini room.**The operator advised that it was as a result of the on going construction.

      • Plans for the proposed expansion have not been submitted to AHS for review/approval.**Ensure to submit the proposed plans for review.
    • 25. Are there adequate storage areas sufficient for the operation of the facility?
      • Client personal items such as jackets and ski pants on the coat rails were observed to be in contact.**Ensure personal items are stored in a manner that provides adequate separation from each other.-The operator advised that plans are in place to install individual cubbies for the storage of personal items.
